To turn on flow:

1.      Make sure there is plenty of water in the tank.

2.      Open the valve on the return side of the building cooling line (at the heat exchanger). 

3.      Open the valve on the send side of the building cooling line.

4.      Check that the inlet valve to the cooling water circulation pump is open.

5.      Turn on cooling water circulation pump (CIRC).  Cold water should be pouring into the top of the water tank.

6.      To cool the IL coils, check that the inlet valve to the IL coil pump is open then turn on the IL coil pump.

7.      To cool the PF coils, check that the inlet valve to the PF coil pump is open then turn on the PF coil pump.
